A stock white Club Car upgraded to a lifted Desert Edition with lithium power and trail-ready tires — completed in two weeks at our Mesquite shop.
This build started with a stock white Club Car on standard tires — a capable cart, but not ready for desert trails and wash crossings around the Virgin Valley.
We installed a lift kit and heavy-duty suspension, swapped in all-terrain tires, converted the battery system to lithium, and added a full LED lighting package including a front light bar.
The result is a Desert Edition build ready for off-pavement use while still comfortable for neighborhood cruising in Mesquite. Every transformation starts with a conversation about how you ride.
